Our standard terms & conditions are set out below. You can download these as a pdf.
We try and keep these as short as possible - but if there's anything that's not clear or you think is unfair, do please call us on 01477-537-583.
Booking ahead
You can book any meeting, conference or event up to 12 months ahead.
Deposits
We don't require a deposit for any bookings.
Moving meetings
If we can, we'll move any meeting booking. There is no charge for moving meetings.
In the event that none of your alternative dates is available, we will cancel the booking, and normal cancellation charges will apply (see below).
Cancellation
You can cancel any meeting without charge up to 7 days before the meeting date.
For cancellations 7 days or less from the date of the meeting, a cancellation charge of 25% of the total fee is payable.
Cancellation charges will be waived in exceptional circumstances.
Insurance
We carry full public liability insurance.

Deliveries
We can accept deliveries of materials that you will be using at your meeting. We can either store any deliveries or move them into your meeting room.
