Package Plans - book ahead to save time and money
Package Plans let you book a series of meetings or conferences up to 12 months in advance at discounted rates. The discount increases the more meetings you book - see the table below.
Here are the discount packages available:

How It Works
Payment - you don't have to pay in advance. We'll invoice you as normal after your meeting, knocking the discount off your invoice.
Discounts - you'll accrue discounts as you go along. We don't pay them retrospectively, so it's easy for you to keep track of costs.
Cancellation
- Normal cancellation charges will apply (see terms & conditions).
- No charges apply with a Package Plan meeting if you just move a meeting at least 7 days before the date of the meeting.
- If you cancel a Package Plan altogether, we will recalculate the discount on the basis of the number of meetings held and charge you the difference between the actual discount earned and the meeting rate that the original Plan earned.
